Pursuing one’s passion is one of the most challenging things in life and it sometimes takes years to know what exactly that you love and want to do for the rest of your live. Some people also have passion towards something but, after a period of time that passion changes and that’s because human being change. Thus, its okay to love something so much and then that love you have for it decreases or disappear.
How to find my Passion?
- For you to unlock your passion the first thing that you should do is: Increase Experiences. Increase your life experiences because the more you try new things the more you know what exactly that you are interested in.
- If you are interested in reading, what you read most is considered passion as you never get bored of reading and learning about the most complicated things in that interest (passion).
- You feel so motivated and alive when you do it. passion is the only tool that make you keep going in the hardest times.
The Effect of passion on your mental health.
1) Builds patience:
As you become ready to keep practicing that passion even if the rewards of it is not meeting your expectations. In addition to, not focusing only on the final reward but on the process taken to reach the reward.
2) Improves Confidence:
As you get very comfortable and confident doing what you love and keep learning enough about it, you reach a specific level of confidence about what you are doing. You trust your skills more than before thus, perform better.
3) Reliefs Stress:
Passion helps save you the day if you went through a hard one. As when you get home and practice what you love most your change your state of mind from stressed to relief.
You don’t have to quit your job to follow your passion you can still do what you love and work in order to get your needed resources, but it is always preferred to leave some time for you to practice it even if that passion does not bring materialistic resources.
